The Challenge
FCMP Outdoor needed a production facility that could handle manufacturing, warehousing, and office functions under one roof — with room to grow. The site required four loading bays for distribution and a second-floor mezzanine for admin staff.
The Build
A 49,000 sq ft production and warehouse facility with internal office spaces, a client showroom, and a second-floor mezzanine. FCMP Outdoor returned for two additional expansions totaling 49,000 more sq ft.
