Project Dashboard: Managing Every Active Bid at Once
A busy estimating office might juggle 20 or 30 active bids at once. The Project Dashboard gives you a clean, searchable home base so nothing falls through the cracks.
The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. Every active project is visible — its name, status, client, last updated date, and who created it. From here you can get to any project in seconds.
Finding the project you need
Three tools make any project findable instantly:
- Search: Client-side search runs as you type across project name and client name. No page reload, no waiting.
- Status filter: Filter to active, draft, analyzing, or completed in one click. Useful on Monday morning when you want to see which jobs ran overnight analysis.
- Sort: Click any column header to sort by last updated, created date, project name, or status — with ascending/descending toggle.
The filter bar collapses when you're not using it so the table stays clean.
Desktop and mobile layouts
On desktop the dashboard is a full table with columns for every key field. On mobile, projects display as cards — the same information in a stacked layout that works on a phone without horizontal scrolling.
Right-click context menu
Right-click any project row to open a context menu with quick actions: Open, Open in New Tab, Copy Link, and Delete. Useful when you want to pull up two projects side by side or share a link with a colleague.
Team visibility
Each row shows a user avatar for who created the project. For teams with multiple estimators working from one account, the avatar column makes it easy to see who owns each bid.
