Vendor Quote Generation uses the approved building data from your data review to fill out manufacturer portals automatically. No copy-pasting specs, no manual form entries, no waiting on hold.

Three-step progress

Each quote automation runs through three visible steps:

1. Prepare data: The approved building specs are formatted and validated for the target manufacturer's requirements.
2. Automate portal: The system logs into the vendor portal and submits the request using the prepared data.
3. Save results: Pricing is captured and stored as a quote record in the project.

Live polling updates the quote card status as each step completes. When the automation finishes, the card shows "Completed" with the quote amount and a Download PDF button.

Quote management

Each quote card shows: vendor name, quote amount, creation date, generation runtime, and who initiated the quote. Expand any card for full datetime and provenance details. Download the PDF directly from the card or delete quotes you no longer need.

If you obtain a quote outside the system — a phone call, an email from a rep — you can upload the PDF manually and it becomes part of the project's quote history.

Quote Monitor

The Quote Monitor page provides a single view of all active and completed quote sessions across all projects. Useful when you've kicked off quotes on multiple jobs and want to track progress without checking each project individually.
